The Smell of Other People's Houses
The Smell Of Other Peoples Houses depicts the life of four teenagers (Ruth, Alyce, Hank and Dora) each have their own problems to deal with. Ruth has a big secret to hide, Hank runs away to flee his evil step dad, Alyce is sick of the sea and Dora is loving her new family.
This is a story that has a twist on every page, I never knew what was coming next. I would recommend this book for older readers due to its sexual references and swearing. It can be a bit boring at the beginning but it very quickly becomes extremely interesting. That is why I would recommend this book.
