Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth

Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth by Frank Cottrell Boyce is a creative, fun and childish book.It brings life to the interesting and mysterious characters we are introduced to, and makes you smile while the plot thickens, the interesting facts at the end of the book also adds an entreating sense of joy. The story is about a young boy who has a beloved grandpa but unfortunately his grandpa forgets a lot.Soon we are introduce to a new character Sputnik who makes us see the world in a new way as he is different to what you might expect. He is a dog and a very intelligent one at that.
This book was a good read, although at the beginning it did go on for a while but once you got into the book you couldn't put it down.
Keep your eyes out because one day you may be surrounded by such very clever dogs.
I would highly recommend this book for anyone looking for an un-expected laugh and ages of 9 and above, because this is a good read for all the family and you can read it to your kids.
