Tom Butler, Thorpe St Andrew School - Page Turners Reading Group
Rebound was an interesting book. The writing style was very confusing and at the start it hindered my enjoyment for the book. At times the book became boring and repetitive however I did enjoy the story-line and message. The protagonist at times I hated but I think that this makes this book even better as it becomes clear the struggles and challenges of someone who has lost an important father figure in the volatile teenage years. Overall I enjoyed the book and would recommend this book to anyone however I think its more relatable to those who have suffered major loss.
