Daniel C, Ermysted's

A Skinful of Shadows

At the begining of this book it suggested that it was amazing. The fantasy elements were very clear and the aspects of spys made it even better. I would recommend this book to someone who has read The House with Chicken Legs or the Harry Potter trilogy. In the middle section of the book it became slightly misleading and hard to follow. There was alot going on at once. Near to the end of the book though the fantasy aspect became clearer again and it became the superb book it was at the start. Overall, my opinion for this book is that out of all the Carnegie books i have read this was probably ranked a 7. This is only because of the confusing part that was written at the start.
