Things A Bright Girl Can Do

'Things a Bright Girl Can Do' showed different suffragettes' points of view during the fight for the vote- a pacifist, a rich girl who wants to go to university and a girl from a poor family.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book as I am a huge fan of feminism and the suffragettes. It made me realise that before WWI women had no power over men and that the suffragettes were the ones who changed this.
This book was interesting because there were 2 plots- the romance between May and Nell and Evelyn's story. The plot was motivational as it showed how everyone can make a difference and the ending was satisfying. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who would like to read something long but compelling and worthwhile.
