Michael, The Skinners School

Saint Death

Saint Death tells the tale of Arturo, a teenager who earns his living gambling for Pesos.

Arturo's friend Faustino turns up at his shack one night with his girlfriend Eva and the 10 month old son. Faustino worked for a drug cartel and had stolen money from them. He needed to get his family and himself out of Mexico and into America, land of the free.

In between each chapter there is something like a social media thread talking about the inequality in Mexico and the iron Reign of terror that the cartels impose over Mexico.

Arturo must gamble for a thousand dollars in order to guarantee Faustino, Eva and their son's safety. The question is if he can do that in time...
